Same thing with your numbers. Big one-time fixes almost never stick. Small weekly habits always do.

A 10% fix you make once is a spike. Nice on the day. Gone in a month.

But a 1% shift you catch every week compounds. Margin creeps up. Cash gets tighter in the good way. You stop being surprised by your own business.

Pick one number. Just one.

The difference was never effort. It's focus.

Pick the one number that actually runs your business right now. Not ten. One. Cash in the bank. Gross margin. Weekly sales.

Put it somewhere you can't avoid it. Look at it every week. That's the whole trick.
